ESTIMATED COST
Pricing includes design, creative direction, and production for the services purchased through The Darling Social.
If the scope of work changes significantly after materials are submitted, The Darling Social reserves the right to adjust pricing based on the updated project needs.
CHANGES & ADDITIONS
Each purchase includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions per piece. This includes things like text updates, spelling corrections, and minor design adjustments.
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at the current hourly rate. Requests that require a major redesign, a completely new direction, or additional concepts will be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.
Final approval must be given by the client before any materials are printed, submitted, shared, or distributed. Please review all spelling, dates, photos, and information carefully before approving final files.
RUSH FEES
Clients agree to the timelines communicated for each deliverable and understand that a minimum four (4) business day turnaround is preferred for revisions and updates.
If deadlines are moved up or expedited work is requested, a rush fee of 30% per affected deliverable may be added to accommodate the accelerated timeline.
REPRODUCTION OF WORK
Upon final payment, the client receives full rights to use the completed project materials.
The Darling Social is a service of Elizabeth Hubbard Designs. Elizabeth Hubbard Designs retains the right to display completed work and preliminary concepts for portfolio use, marketing, educational purposes, publications, competitions, social media, and promotional materials. When appropriate, credit will be given to the client.
PROJECT CANCELLATION OR REJECTION
Clients agree not to unreasonably withhold approval or payment once work has been completed according to the agreed services.
If concerns arise during the process, clients agree to communicate them promptly so adjustments or corrections can be made.
If work is canceled after design has begun, any payment made will be non-refundable, and additional labor, design time, or expenses completed up to that point may be invoiced.
PROJECT COMPLETION & DELIVERY
Any additional work or requested changes that result in extra costs will only move forward with client approval.
The Darling Social is a service of Elizabeth Hubbard Designs. Elizabeth Hubbard Designs is not responsible for delays caused by late communication, missing content, unforeseen illness, third-party delays, or circumstances outside of reasonable control. In these situations, delivery timelines may be extended as needed, with communication provided throughout the process
