FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What information do I need to send you to get started?

You’ll fill out a simple questionnaire with your academics, activities, leadership, awards, community service, work experience, and any Greek family connections. We also ask for 3–10 high-quality photos (headshot + candids). Click the "Reserve My Spot" button at the bottom of this page to begin. 
 

2. Do I have to include my GPA and test scores?

It’s up to you. Most sororities like to see both weighted and unweighted GPA. SAT/ACT scores are optional but helpful at many schools. We’ll guide you on what looks best for your target chapters.
 

3. Should I include my Greek family connections (legacy)?

Yes! Legacies and family Greek affiliations are very important to include. List mom, dad, sisters, brothers, etc., with their sorority/fraternity, chapter, and pledge year if known.
 

4. What kind of photo do you need?

A recent professional-style headshot is ideal, plus a few candid photos that show your personality and activities. We can integrate one main photo on the resume and use others for the packet if you’d like.
 

5. How long does it take to get my resume back?

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days after you submit all your information and photos. Rush delivery (3 business days) is available for an additional fee.
 

6. How many rounds of changes do I get?

You get 2 rounds of revisions included in the base price. This covers text edits, spelling corrections, and minor design tweaks. Major redesigns are treated as a new project. Please review Terms.
 

7. Do you only work with University of Arkansas girls or can you design for any school?

We design for girls rushing anywhere — big SEC schools, smaller campuses, out-of-state schools, you name it. The resume is fully customized to the information and style you want.
 

8. Do you just make the resume or can you do the full recruitment packet?

We can do the full package! In addition to the resume, we offer personalized cover letters, digital + print thank-you notes, address stickers, envelopes, and coordinated stationery.
 

9. Why am I paying Elizabeth Hubbard Designs instead of The Darling Social?

Elizabeth Hubbard Designs is the parent company to The Darling Social. Your payment will go through Elizabeth Hubbard Designs, LLC company Venmo account. 

10. Why do my receipts say Elizabeth Hubbard Designs?

The Darling Social is a brand of Elizabeth Hubbard Designs, LLC. When you pay, your reciept will show “Elizabeth Hubbard Designs, LLC,” but you’re still working with The Darling Social.

    Receive high resolution PDFs for digital use and print ready files. Physical prints can be shipped upon request.
