Do you work with my industry / small businesses?

Yes, I work with small businesses across all industries and sizes. From retail shops to service providers in Arkansas and beyond, from startups to established shops.

 

What if I need ongoing support after launch?

I offer post-launch support at my standard hourly rate. Contact me anytime for tweaks, updates, or maintenance.

 

Can you manage my social media accounts? 

No, I’m sorry! Social media management can easily become a full-time responsibility, and it’s not something I’m able to offer alongside the services I specialize in.

If you’re not sure where to begin, take a deep breath. A Signature Design Day is a great place to start. During that time, we’ll walk through strategy for your social media, create branded templates you can reuse when posting, and go over practical tips and tools that make managing your content faster and more efficient.

 

How should I reach you?

The best way to get in touch is by email. To keep projects organized, I prefer to keep communication and task updates within Gmail and Google Drive, where files, notes, and to-do items can stay in one place. For that reason, I do not manage project communication through text messages or social media DMs. This helps ensure nothing gets lost and everything stays clear for both of us. During a project, we may occasionally connect through Google Chat or schedule a quick video call if something is easier to discuss live.

I’m available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Fridays are sometimes reserved for photo shoots, so responses may take a little longer on those days.

 

Would you consider giving a discount?

No. I’m sorry I don’t offer discounts on my design services. My pricing is thoughtfully set based on the strategy, time, and experience required for each project, and I keep it consistent for every client.

I work primarily with small businesses, so I understand that budgets are an important part of the conversation.

 

Are there payment plans or financing options?

To reserve a brand or website design slot, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit. When it’s time to begin your project, I’ll include a payment schedule in our contract. Normally, brand and website payment plans are broken down into two payments: 50% initial deposit and 50% when the project is complete, if the deadline has not shifted and everything has stayed on schedule. 

Projects with a timeline longer than 4 weeks will be converted into three payments: 

50% of the project cost is the initial non-refundable deposit 

25% due at the finalization of brand book/sheet

25% at the end of the project

 

How do you accept payment?

I accept ACH payments which we will set up with your first initial deposit and then we will have set dates for the next payment(s) to be withdrawn. I also accept Venmo. 

Your payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late fees: $50 will be charged every 7 days past the scheduled due date.
